My name is Randy Ray. When people ask me what I do for a living, I usually reply that I’m a writer, although I also do consulting for people who want more traffic for their websites. But writing is what I enjoy, and everyone knows what a writer is, so that’s what I say.
Most of my work relates to online gambling in some way, especially poker and blackjack. (I like card games.) I’ve written about all kinds of other subjects, though–including movies (especially horror, noir, and classics), television, comic books, roleplaying games, board games, money, coupons, education, and psychics. I read a lot of books, and I watch a lot of movies.
I thought it would be fun to own a site where I share what I know about daily and weekly fantasy sports. Since I’m just getting started in this particular hobby, I’ll be learning as I go. Please comment on my posts and correct me when I’m wrong about something. A lot of this is new to me, and I’m sure I’ll make multiple mistakes as I travel the road from novice to expert.
